  2. Darn, this is a conundrum you have. Being responsible and accountable is the best thing to do. Remember, if you spend the money, spend it fast. Buy anything and everything you can, but really you’re doing the right thing by contacting the bank. If they don’t get ahold of you within a month, consider that the money is yours.


  4. My adult foster home had a huge problem with Chase Bank. Open a new account at a different bank for your personal money and then get a hold of the who over sees that bank and file a complaint. It can take up to a year to resolve
